How We Do It
After a consultation to discuss details such as scheduling and fees, the subject property is carefully evaluated during an on-site assessment. The information that is gathered during the assessment is then used as a basis for thorough market analysis and artist research. The results are expertly organized onto a final appraisal report, complete with market data and valuation findings, for you to use a legal document.
